01. Reproductive Health and Family Planning services.
02. EPI, ARI, CDD , IMCI , MNHCS ,
03. Registration of newly married couple, pregnant women, birth & death, preservation of EDD.
04. Nutritional education and micro-nutrient supplements.
05. Health and Family Planning Education & counseling.
06. Identifications of other severe illnesses like TB, Malaria, pneumonia, life threatening influenza, obstetrical engineering and refer to higher facilities.
07. Identification of emerging & reemerging diseases & refer to higher facilities.
08. Other services as identified by GOB under HPNSDP to be provided.
09. Treatment of minor ailments.
10. Establishing effective referral linkage with higher facilities.
